These were installed in a LP I recently purchased and I must attest that they rock. Very versatile pickups - I am by no means a metal guitarist, but they get me everything I need to play classic blues and rock. I run them straight into an old Dr.Z Route 66 and they can pull off great tone from clean to crunch with just a turn of the knob.
