@8minaa8 Thanks for your comments, I think sometimes it's hard to reproduce a foreign dish without ingredients from that local area. Although I have found an African shop in Melbourne where they import food from all over Africa. So I may have to give Nshima another go. The Ndiwo I made was amazing!
