not only does payoneer charge 7.95 to load the card (even if they say they don't), they charge 3.15 (plus whatever the atm you use charges) per transaction. They also charge 4.00 and 2.00 a month for card and account maintenance. The charge per transaction and maintenance fees are to be expected, but those unexplained load fees is one of the biggest bait and switches Ive seen.
