@NismoFinder I think it was because he had enough time to react to the spin. He jammed on the brakes and it kept his car on the ground.

Waltrip's only two wins came from Daytona because DEI restrictor plate cars use to be untouchable, hasn't shown much skill anywhere else

@88fanforlife Yeah, I'm sure the wing had a lot to do with those blowovers..do doubt, but that theory doesn't totally make sence because there have been literally Dozens of spins off of turn 2 at Daytona and Dega in the older car w/out the wing and all those cars have blown over / flipped with even less of a dramatic spin than this one and even with the roof flaps opening. I guess it all depends on direction of the wind as well as other positional circumstances..

@NismoFinder its because if the spoiler, the wing that was on the cars would always make them flip, just look at edwards at dega and keslowski at atlanta

How Jr. didn't turn upside down is beyond me! The car is soo light right there and that was an UBrupt spin!
