  • oh common is there anythings that women can't do ? she's amazingly talented ;!

  • Not as good in her dancing and singing skills? My goodness this woman has unlimited talent. Next thing I'll hear is that she paints and sculpts.

  • Love ABBA, love Meryl Streep, hate this film

  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MERLY STREEP ...

  • MERYL STREEP IS AMAZING! UTTERLY AND COMPLETELY AMAZES ME.

  • @Kuky313

I like Meryl a lot too! She is very close behind Hazel Shermet in terms of being an older woman who can make me salavate! Oh baby!

  • oh God...

    she's simply the BEST

  • @TheDenverOmelette the acting was awful as well although admittedly the script didn't give much leeway for them to act. i saw the stage play in London which was the basis of this film and it was quite good. the difference was the musical ability: the actors should all have been able to sing, that is the very least you can ask of a musical. streep can't sing. that was evident from the voice-over they put on her songs after ten seconds. the same goes for the rest of the actors.

  • @fefesfrtwet Did you HEAR Amanda Seyfried and Meryl Streep? And virtually everyone other than whoever played Sam. Not to mention, the thing is this isn't ABBA. It's just a tribute putting their songs into a play. Since it is a play/movie, there must be acting in the songs as well. Therefore, the singing isn't always "perfect". They focus on getting the character's point across through song, versus ABBA singing to have beautiful notes only.
