Man,I SO wanna use this as a distorted evil boss theme in the game i'm making! Oh and at 0:37 it sounded like "The Duel of Fates" from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. That makes it even more EPIC! You deserve a gold medal for this!

Nice, I`m really liking this theme. It kind of gives the feel as if you`ve gone back in time to when Mewtwo was created, and you ended up having to battle it as the scientists tried to get it under control. That Cinnabar Mansion always scared me a bit, but here it just sounds awesome. 5/5.
