Hard landing of a Air Berlin B737-700 at Westerland/Sylt

B737-700 Air Berlin hard landing at Westerland/Sylt Airport on rwy 32. It was very hard crosswind at this day, so the landing was ok for that weather !!! (24.07.2009)

Ich weiß nicht, was an dieser Landung eine "bad" Landung sein soll, angesichts des Wetters eher Standard. Man kann seine Zuschauer auch mit besseren Überschriften fangen ...

Not bad landing at all. They had to tackle cross wind, so once they kicked the plane off the slide by using the rudder they had to use the opposite aileron in order to keep the plane alined. This is the reason why the left weel touches down first.

Die Landung an sich ist für das Wetter ganz Ok. Nur dass die Boeing vieeel zu schnell war.
