@italianman1992 It started in 1986. The monitor was there so that the audience could see what was happening on stage.

Two instances of a no show flag. Then the clock doesn't start and the cameraman trips and falls. Nightmare indeed.

lolz I love how at 8:55 you can see one of the TV moniters on the right. Did Double Dare really start in 1986 (it says this segment was taped in September 1986 on the slate) or 1987?
