Regardless, you're upset with the maker of this video for showing people how to get healthy foods on a limited budget, and because some people still can't afford these things? Watch out for the sodium content in cottage cheese dude. I love it too but a friend of mine pointed it out to me the other day at the supermarket and I was shocked at how much is actually in it! I haven't found a salt reduced one yet.

@Ifukguyz Don't preach to me about "luxuries" my parents barely made enough to scrape by, and we ended up on the street twice. I am completely aware of how families struggle, Can you get cheaper foods? Yeah, definitely. He is showing how to eat relatively healthy on a limited budget, not buy the most food for your money. He only spent $50, which isn't a lot for groceries, and he bought foods that are healthy, filling, and go a long way. Your arguments have nothing to do with this vid.
