Did Zac Efron Go On A Date With Megan Fox?

Hey guys-I'm Joslyn Davis with the latest couple alert to hit news-stands. Zac Efron and Megan Fox set the entertainment world on fire when they reportedly enjoyed a cozy dinner date together at Pace-a fancy shmancy restaurant in Los Angeles. Insiders at the upscale eatery say that their faces were very close throughout their dinner conversation.

So now let me add that this story faces some big challenges. Number 1-neither star has commented on the rumored dinner. And number 2 and most importantly there are no pictures. How did the paparrazii miss this golden opportunity? They seem to be everywhere else, so this leaves us wondering if the dinner ever really happened.

The only reason fans are taking a listen to this story is because of that fact that back in November of 2008 Megan Fox openly told Page Six that she is obsessed with Zac Efron. After all who isn't right? She went on to say that she thinks that she and Zac are the same person. Then later, in early 2009 that pair were spotted together and reportedly flirting at the Golden Globe Awards. There were also some great pics of the young stars taken at that event.

So does this mean that two of the most attractive member's of young Hollywood are ditching their current significant others? Because it sure doesn't seem like- Megan was seen with her on again off again fiance Brian Austin Green over the 4th of July Holiday weekend reconnecting in Vegas where they openly referred to each other as baby. Zac and his gal Vanessa Hudgens were seen grabbing a quick bite at one of my favorite spots Panera on the 4th of July. And on a sidenote, Zac is sporting a new and improved haircut-we love it!

So what's the deal with this rumored love affair-do you guys think its fact or fiction? Because I seriously believe that if Megan Fox and Zac Efron got together the planet might explode from the culmination of their sheer attractiveness. But I could be wrong.
