  • that cell phone app is cool, and the radio is very cool, is the text scroll an app as well? great vid!

  • @thomassmyth65 It's called LED Display

  • if that's a 7 out of 10, then what is 8 9 and 10?

  • @tumordick Better build quality, better sound and reception. Check out C Crane Radios :)

  • @ 6:55 how surprising with AT&T you have no signal :D

either way, I might look into the radio.

  • @MrModernNinja That is funny!

  • What do your call that decoration jelly in bottle beside the monitor. been trying to find one. its look so cool very hypnotic.

  • Fred, have you had a chance to compare the FR160 vs the FR360? I have both and, atleast with mine, the FR160 works much better as far as solar power is concerned. The FR160 worked continuously for about 8hrs in sunlight while the FR360 required a crank every 15 mins or so even in direct sunlight. Thanks.

  • @fredhart also could correct me if so sorry for doubleposting

  • @fredhart great review would you think this would be a good Christmas present, i heard this has a sort charge/ very very short battery life / re charge life

  • can do you have to hand crack to power the phone is there a function to let the sun charge it?

  • Can you charge the phone via Sun and/or the built in rechargeable battery?

  • Nice job...whats the thing infront of your pc with green scrolling words?

  • Very good tutorial. The amazon reviews for this were mostly poor, but I'm thinking it's because buyers either didn't understand how to use it or used it as a regular radio. It's not meant to play your favorite radio station all day. It's an Emergency radio, to be used periodically during an emergency situation.

  • and here it is ....

    hahahahahahahaha.

  • Can I buy one here in Pakistan ? Can u give me an idea where can I get this thing in Pakistan ?
