  • Brandon, do you really do that slow? I mean some people do heavy weights but much faster...

  • @mcrishTV They should stop that (unless you are a power lifter). you want to LIFT the weights fast, but lower it slow

  • @fokoj Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It looks like 2x15lbs, and 2x10lbs plates per Dumbbell.

    When he brought the dumbells up I was like: gawwd Dayuuum?!
