it all looks good on video, but honestly, AA is a great airlines as loong as you don;t have to DEAL with customer service associates in Maracaibo. They are not customer service oriented and they really know how to vitimize passengers and make out of the flight, the most horrible naightmare. It has only happened in Maracaibo the three times I have flown there. Not in JFK, or in Heaththrow, or Paris, or Dublin. The problem is the land staff in MAR, that it needs to be replaced completely NOW

es un video casero que hicimos en mcbo, yo mismo lo grave, edite, etc... (yo = un empleado de la aerolinea), por otro lado la presentacion 3d (Juan Rivero) y la musica de la presentacion 3d (Rafael Paris)este video fue realizado para una fiesta fin de año y dedicado a los empleados de American Airlines Maracaibo.
