As ElAye said, I've loved her all my life. I can't tell you how many hard times in my life her music has tempered and soothed my heart. I went to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in the mid 90's and could hardly contain myself. My date looked over at me and commented on how great it would be if I felt about her like I obviously felt about Nancy. Oh well. K.

Awesome to think she is still singing this song so many decades later and still tearing the Hell out of it, like she's singing it the first time. There's always the sense she is inventing the song as she goes along. Still lookin' good; somehow I'm not surprised.

I was there also, I kept thinking, thank you for not retiring, I have loved you my whole life, but this is the first time I could actually afford to attend one of your concerts. And it was so well worth the money. Nancy is truly a national treasure! And still stunningly beautiful!

That's the beauty of going to the Hollywood Bowl! The ambience can make for the best of musical evenings w/out costing an arm and a leg, unless you just want it to! ...lol

Not that I know. I'd be one of the first to get a copy of this great birthday event. It really would've been nice had she had it recorded for release.
