they're not. Location jackets were used by the SAS and these are just fake ones. I know what CP jackets you mean, the Mille Miglia ones but they arent rip offs

It's the same reason why they don't sell cars that one place has but the other doesn't. Some company's feel that we might not like it or slow at getting it. They do sell it in the USA but its only sold on a website for like $200+
