While all this horsepower and agility is underway. I've been in the galley toiling to make a suitable green bean casserole with New York Strip steaks and cheesey pototoes along with a raw veggie dip with ranch dressing and calliflower, red peppers, celery, onions, and green pepper. The steak has been pan fried with fresh garlic, herbs, spices, and a touch of worshestire sauce. Only the best for my crewmates.

I've run both...the YTB conversion is not too bad, but its not "just like" the real thing. You can't just add a pair of schottel z-drives to an old hull and expect it to behave the same way as a true z-drive built from the ground-up. Typical McAllister trying to save a buck
