American may have the largest fleet in USA, but their service is out of the normal, is very mess up,chips and have a soda, if you ask for more they look at you like saying ok?. oh and with the delays, WOW, they say the plane leaves at 8:45pm and you end up leaving at 2:45am

Yeah go ahead and work for AA, they really treat their employees good and with respect. When you finally make it becoming a pilot for AA flying in one of their poorly maintained shit boxes tired to death and underpayed to the brink of economical disaster and barely enough to make it through the month while your personal life is going to hell ask yourself if it was worth it. Avoid AA at all cost, both as an customer and an future employee. AA is going down.
