There is one flaw in your logic! Youtube puts a link to buy a song on itunes or Amazon! And some people do not block due to copyright some people see it as advertising! I am one of the few people that agrees with your views on the Otaku's and anime, life, and stuff in general but you don't seem to have a balanced view. granted some Otaku are just going to hate you BUT you need to hate the sin and not the sinner! I think to alot people you come off as a self-righteous jerk! No Offense!

@craftruth2009 I would like to point out that what you say is through Jesus indeed did offend people! HOWEVER the people he offended the most were not the poor,sick,tax collectors, and "sinners" it was the religious leaders! Just remember even though 99% of the anime and Youtube community as a whole are Otaku perverts! I know many good people as well who are simply ignorant and you dropping F-bombs won't help. It might also help if you used your voice instead of a computer you sound cold kinda!

@dpolaristar Yes Christ offended the hypocrites/scribes and pharisees the most (because they had the responsibility of feeding the "flock" and abused their authority) but he offended all equally not in hatred but in loveAlthough we agree on 90% of the fundementals and I acknowledge you know that the majority of YT is full of perverts and weaboos (though clearly not at the 99% exaggeration you spoke of) you have a mindset that is based on morals only rather than morals + truth.......

@dpolaristar you are still young and dont know fully how the real world works (no offense intended) I am twice your age and when I still was your age I certainly did not know the things I now know. your mind and priorities will be fully developed when you get through your 20s and 30s and take on more responsibilities as an adult and you learn from others. and secondly this is my real voice this is what I was born with and you cant change that.

On the flip side of the issue I guess I'm thinking of AMVs in the context of convention contests and anime music videos.org rather than You Tube. The AMV creators used to put effort into their projects. Now it's deteriorated in the advent of piracy and people throwing something together on a whim and slapping it on You Tube. Am I stuck on a bygone era the 90s when AMV s actually meant something or at least required some commitment?

I am as much against using the internet to steal as the next person is but I would be remiss to not mention the fact that anime music videos have been a staple of the anime fan base since before stealing over the internet was thought of. Generally watch or download AMVs to get or listen to the music for free. They do so to further appreciate the anime they watch and normally buy the music. Uploaders want a creative outlet or a contest entry. Pirates just want the music without the anime clips.

@dpolaristar I understand what you are saying, and do know that some parties use certain songs as advertizing however I was referring to certain issues regarding the Warner Music group specifically their blocking of songs and the some YTers reponses to it, also I admit I can come across rough at times, but I speak the truth in LOVE not hate. whether its on this channel or others.
