No more kids run over by automobiles.
No more need to drive prior to serving the community.
No more dependence on foriegn oil.
No more skyrocketing transportation infrastructure cost.
No more red lights, tailgating, etc.

Today's automobile based urban design divides that which gives us shelter and that which gives us what we need and want.

Traditionally, malls allow stores to be walking distance from each other, but they don't give suitable places to live.

Under Smallocracy, people would like to live in countryside where land values are low. However in the midst of this, a large retail resort and a large residential resort will be merged into one fanstastic place to live, allowing children to learn, play, and work, in a totally car-free setting.
