  • It felt like a bad commercial in my opinion, that's all.

It's good that technology goes forward so I'm not against that, I just didn't like the clip.

  • hey KHelben, thanks for the feedback. What would you have done with the clip? Always curious to hear more specific suggestions. Thanks!

Hey ericssonpress, i have some doubts that i needed to clear.

    1) What kind of LTE is deployed here? FDD or TD?

    2) Why is it that many companies are finding it difficult to deploy TD-LTE? (Most are going for FDD) or the sole reason being equal UL and DL rates.

    3) How many eNodeBs, PGW, MMEs & SGWs have been deployed in this particular deployment? Please give an approximate no atleast.

    4) What is the bandwidth used and also what modulation scheme have you used? 64QAM, QPSK?

  • "It's up [and] running as you can hear because the fans are going." Thorough technical analysis.

  • Cool, the first commercial LTE eNodeB at work!

  • are you kidding me? is this the video that you linked to through a press release? incredibly low quality - who made this? isnt there any quality assurance guy that makes sure something like this never gets released?

90's drum machines, a blue screen that leaves some black "exhaust" on half the screen. come on!

  • Congratulations for your big achievements. Yet I would like to ask why it has been advertised as 4G, when LTE has not been yet acknowledged as such by the ITU?

  • wtf? that is a 2102 gsm rbs VERY OLD, buggy, and OBSOLETE. HUAWEI rules!

  • I guess it depends on which audience you focus on, but I did not like the clip entirely either. It falls in between end-user and technical audiences... And the editing could be improved. Like the keying, cutting....

  • To be honest I want to start and compare this video with one Nokia video presentation that I saw which would demonstrate one of their future mobile phones, that one impressed me because it really showed me something new. In this video I easily felt bored because I was missing the "science fiction feeling".

Okay, so one video which demonstrates something cool which can be done with 4G would be far more interesting than looking at a box with cables, in my opinion.
