restorative yoga time!! After all this hard workouts during the last days my body requests some gentle flowing, more yin and surrender and allowing .. alright then! Enjoy with me some delicious supta parivrtta (twisted) pigeon, supta gomukasana, geat one legged, reclining psoas stretches, forward bends with bolsters in ardha padmasana, and so much more .. rejoice in silence to recharge those batteries, so we can be READY FOR ACTION again :)
