Remember...the HUMAN HAIR IS ONLY .003" of an inch!!!
To get .020" over you BORE to .015" over and then HONE the final .005"

  • liked the vid could use a little less backround noise. du need to cut the ridge from the cyl. before you set up the boring bar noticed that you cyls looked like they had been bored or honed already just got and older type of bar that bolts to the block this vid helped alot Thanks

    the boring bar is concentric with the cylinder. the boring bar is adjustable, some a re adjustable down to .0001 but have travel of .5
