What is wrong with all those Sony fanatics?! May this be a secret campaign and Sony is paying indian children to flame against Panasonic products *lol*?
These Youtube Videos can't show what camcorder has the better quality, so FIRST NOTE THAT THERE IS NO BIG DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY, their both very good! So i checked out douzens of reviews by photographie- and video-magazines and IN FACT the tm 700 is rated BETTER (everywhere!), no matter what you Sony trolls say :-D !!

Which is which you asshole! TM700 is cheaper because it has that loud annoying fan on at all times which ruins it cause the fan will eventually break and needs repair!
After seeing so many vids and research...the Canon hf s21 is the best

It's clearly evident that the TM700 is soooo much better in video quality.
Even in this highly compressed YouTube format, the difference is overwhelming.
The Sony looks washed out, color balance is wrong, there is considerable chromatic aberration present from the Sony lens at full zoom.
And on top of that, the Sony CX550 cost more than the Panasonic.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a long-time fan of Sony products, but this time I feel they've missed the target...
