Halo 3: Recon Armor: Tips

This is a video showing how to get recon armour by obtaining all of the vidmaster achievements.

First off if you are curious what a vidmaster is then here you go:

a vidmaster is someone who has one the game marathon(Bungie's first game)with the 1% health cheat on the hardest difficulty only punching people... Now you may have noticed there is a vidmaster achievement in the arcade Marathon Durandul(the game spoken of before...yes you can by in the xbl arcade markeplace forr 800 ms points). Although i think it has been made easy considering in coop you can respawn and i think in that game you dont have to use that 1% health cheat(i may be a little off).

Now here is your guide toward your Recon Armour:

Step 1: right now the easiest way to get recon armour is through the vidmaster achievements. That means dont listen to people saying download this and get a recon generator: its a trick, scam,virus, something that will not benefit you.And anyway you heard it like send this message to 50 people or get on bungie favorites are not true... although i am not sure about bungie favorites one.

Step 2 : get halo3 odst and plain old Halo 3

Step 3: get the easy self explanatory ones first: Brainpan their are plenty guides for, 7 on 7 is simply the easiest one but can be annoying if you missed the day..

Step 4: do the harder ones: the one in halo 3 with the ghost is explained well enough in the video,for the halo odst one that says do not fire or throw a grenade the whole level, well that is explained in the video well to just on the level(flashback number 3 usually)uplift reserve get the warthog dont let any passengers in or they will screw it up... get the first ghost you see. it is okay to splatter and melee. but is best just to run through it.and i told in the video how to pass the turrets.

Step 5: mop up the rest: deja vu you have to be very careful tips are to stay close to the elephant everynow and then get out of your vehicle and shoot from a distance, and definately use the easter egg... the 1000 rockets and mongooses are in a tunnel at the beggining of the level. and finally The most hardest achievement i have obtained(harder then beat guitar hero 3 on expert or get seriously 2.0)vidmaster challenge: endure. this is the setup:
Map: Alpha site
Difficulty:Heroic
Secondary skulls: Grunt birthday party(its so fun)
Positions: 2 people on oneside lookin straight ahead outside. 2 on the other walkway
Strategy: save lives, use all med kits and ammo by the 5 enemies remaining mark,in between rounds run in the center to collect ammo and grenades... pistol is excellent for the first 3 waves in each round.

Fire Fight Setup: 5 waves make a round, 3 rounds make a set, and you need to do 4 sets. That means 60 waves of enemies.

Step 6: Once you have got all of the achievements go to bungie.net
sign into your account.
view your service record
click on path to recon
click on unlock my recon
and you got recon
