  • wtf did i just watch

  • my school up north is nothing like this they have been clearly told to say everthing clealy for forieners

  • @KBAFourthtime Well certainly long before I was around, I'd say your guess would be as good as mine.

  • @KevinJKtheman "Lollipop man", huh?

    Wow. That makes sense.

But how long before now was that?

  • @KBAFourthtime The true term is a "Crossing Attendant" "lollipop lady or man " is a nickname dreamed up by school kids long before our time. To answer your question, they got the nickname lollipop lady or man, due to the fact that, the pole with a circular sign on the top of it, that they carry, looked like a lollipop. It's not too difficult to work out, if you think about it, is it ?

  • omg is this crank. poor kids

  • Why do they call the crossing guard a "lollipop lady"? For the male equivalent, it that supposed to be a "lollipop lord", "lollipop man" or "lollipop gentleman".

  • When the teacher says "Good morning" to each individual student, is this some kind of roll call?
