@zarquon53 Yes there is. Behind the mast attached to the pulley block you can see a lever arm.

@guardiants It looks like he has some block and tackle system with the bottom block fixed at the bottom of the mast , and the top blocks sliding in the mainsail track on the mast .... -- but how ?????
