邱文達署長過去都是利用游泳、爬山、快走,做一些運動,有時在比較忙碌的時候會在醫院走樓梯,現在更忙,所以大概每天回家都是有走跑步機,用走的快走,然後有騎腳踏車,大­概我都算差不多一百到兩百卡,一天,如果一天這樣子運動的話,那麼累積起來的卡路里就不錯。
邱署長呼籲多做運動,很多病自己就會沒有了、消失了,這個是對大家身體非常重要的,而且最重要的是聰明吃,天天運動,就可以保健康。
