just put in testing cheats enabled true and press shift+click on the weird baby thing, then say 'trigger age transition' and the baby may still look a bit strange, but you can click on the dresser and plan outfit to change the clothes back to normal.. :) hope that helps.... but if it don't work , dont save the game and just quit.. when you start the game over, the chance that the baby will look like that again is about 100 in 1,000,000 :P
