Riding with commentary, first time using Autocom. This rider had just completed a RoSPA test and we went out for a run after to try his new Autocom system. He had never done this thing before, but in my opinion made a good job of it.

  • Great video, well up to the usual advanced biker stuff, thanks, I'm doing RoSPA myself and have used your videos to supplement my training. Looking at the video again though .... riding on the white lines (3:57) is technically a £60 fine isnt it? and at 6:30, no hands on the bars!!!!!

  • @WillowG11 - Good luck with the Rospa, keep me informed and let me know how you get on. White Lines - I have had a look at the vid and can see where you are coming from. The offence is committed if you 'straddle' or cross the line. I these two cases he 'brushed' the line.

  • What level did he get on his Rospa test?

  • He got a Gold.

  • FABULOUS VIDEOS!!!! 5 stars.. Mike

  • Thanks Mike......

  • Uncluttered roads with signage & markings only where necessary, and no silly coloured paint and other paraphernalia, are so much better for "reading". The hazards/changes/differences stand out a little more markedly from the more "regular" lengths. This road is mostly such a stretch.

Sadly, more and more roads are being turned into a gaudy mish-mash of often superfluous info (such as "humps for 137 yards" etc.). As to the ridiculous central islands and dangerous projecting kerbs...

  • Like another bloke said, I find a commentary easier to do when driving. Having said that, doing it when driving seems to sharpen up my riding. This is a gleaming video, Advancedbiker!

  • Thanks Steve

    Comments appreciated

    Regards

    Nigel
