Respond to this video... yeah im not a big country bluegrass guy but, as a guitar player i have to say that johnny hiland just literally makes the guitar come alive and speak to ya, and a beautiful soul he is as well, sweetest humble individual you could ever come across, when ya look up country gentleman there's a picture of johnny :)..matter of fact he kinda gets me to likin country bluegrass stuff

Love the technique....I gotta get this guys guitar method. Its the closest instructional I can get to brad paisley....Think of the possibilities, Scotty Moore and old Elvis, Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, or now Brad Paisley. Just love the style.

@CiarnC81 geez you know i didnt catch that with the eyes till i read you comment, i would say that is quite possible, although i have seen other videos of his and he appears to have some sight but i get the eye thing that makes you say that..hm i will look into this further..

This guy is simply amazing !!.. Wow comes to mind when I watch & listen to those amazing chops ... He must be a Danny Gatton & Albert Lee fan because He sounds alot like them & Redd Volkaert from Canada .. Redd & Johnny would make a monster Guitar Duo !!..
