A hike to the top of Mount Misen 弥山 in Miyajima Island 宮島

This was the last thing I wanted to do in Miyajima, to hike all the way up to the very top of Mount Misen for some extraordinary views. I didn't actually hike all the way up, though there are hiking trails which allow you to do that. I was just pressed for time. Instead I took the ropeway ride, afterwards I hiked for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to very top of Mount Misen. The hike up was rather steep, but the views were amazing. It was well worth it.
