The main star here is Steve, named after Irwin as a tribute. This is my first hatchling, so he's very special. He just gobbled up a mess of worms now he's going after some apple. He had 3 siblings, Leo and Bender who were hatched early Jan, a week apart and then little Dax(like from star trek ds9) who's just kinda spaced out. Dax is neat cause his scutes are all screwed up, he incubated that way. 3 on one side, 6 on the other!!!
I need to make an update video, Steve is confirmed a male, and 4 years old now!! Dax was renamed Herbie, also male. both are doing well.

hello i have a baby wood turtle that i caught up in eastern Pennsylvania and so far i have not seen him eat i have put out lettuce, apples, bananas, strawberries, turkey, worms and ham, but so far i havent seen him eat, he has pooped twice in a matter of 2 days on the same day i think but i havent really seen him eat, he seems to be doing fine he sits in the water a lot moving around periodically any advice?

@deathfrets Release him. He is a protected native species. If you want a NA Wood Turtle, buy from a breeder but because you live in a state that has them naturally, you may have to have a permit & proof of a captive bred turtle. Check your laws about it.
