This was just a little buzzer(or maybe a 'tapper',lol) he had on the side amongst all his other cars,just for a bit of a laugh.He has owned many cars over the years. The Black 58 Plymouth Belv that he owned back then(seen in my 58 Plymouth&58 Chev vid) was safe and sound asleep at home in the garage.As you can see,it had been raining.
