  • This Film/Video is great~! Was it a film student Project? If so.I Give you an AAA++++ Excellent-Meaningful, and fits great to the terrific Cat Song Trouble- WTG- Thanks ♥Donny

  • You sure did an Excellent job on making this Video fit to the song~!

    Congratulations friend~! ♥Donny

  • @nutmeg42 Ya, I agree, and to the extent that during hard times, I would listen to it often as it was an analogous comfort. I think it should help reveal to those who feel they are alone in their pain, that they are truly not alone. Some, however, would use this song to support the feelings expressed in this video, unfortunately.

  • The song is a plea for deliverance & nothing whatsoever to do with suicide. The key to this is the line, “I have seen YOUR eyes & I can see death’s disguise hanging on ME!” which makes no sense at all, until you realise he’s LOOKING IN THE MIRROR. According to Alan Yentob’s UK channel 4 documentary, Cat Stevens had the mirror in his hospital room covered up when close to death with tuberculosis because he was literally “Too shocking to see”. Whoever made the video didn’t understand the song.

  • @Catlovertea4 I didn't feel like this video was pro-suicide. But suicide is a reality. Anyone who lives long enough knows someone who has committed suicide. The video is just illustrating something that is very real.

  • @treaclebuns I have to say, when you get a life threatening disease you do get depressed. I don't think the suicide thing is totally off point, even if it wasn't what Stevens was thinking about at the time.

  • I think you'll find that a true genius like this man's words will find its way into many hearts for every reason that has a need.

  • year after year i find myself here

  • that was fantastic

  • I love this song... I have a karaoke of it on my channel!
