ok, when i go to setup, i only find 3 things, setup wizard, setup wifi, and setup bluetooth, and theres an extra box for the sim card thing, i see you have a box for email setup, how do i get that box?
To get the email setup wizard to pop up you normally need to speak with your network or service provider to activate the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).
Once they have done this will update your BlackBerry and the email options should appear.
If not - still speak to your service provider to activate the service and then visit blackberry . com and then select Support and Service then BlackBerry 101 then Email Setup.
Find your service provider and create an account with BlackBerry.
You can then send some called a Service Book to update your BlackBerry with all the correct settings and options.
