Look you people probably mean well, but come on its 2010. I am from St. Louis originally and support our President. I am a Cardinals fan and a progressive who agrees with President Obama. Anyway, glad you peacefully say things. You know your party had 8 years of spending and left Mr. Obama with a mess. The world is getting better and I think you know why. Rock On! Paul

The tea party was a very successful turnout. More and more people are joining as they awaken to how our Government has gotten out of hand. It is very simple if you knew that when total Government spending is more then 25% of the GDP the economy slows. We are now at 39%. Would you vote to spend any money? Our Reps keep spending they are destroying our economy and the freedom and wealth of every citizen.
We have to stop them period. If you do nothing, nothing gets done.

Thanks for your polite reply-- But sorry, I must be pretty direct- you just gave me talking points. I don't view Pres. Bush as much of a true conservative anyway. Sure Republicans ran up a debt in 8 years, which Pres. Obama promptly triples in 20 months!!! Come on. If things are getting better, why are more people out of a job, and our relationship with our allies is crumbling while we coddle our enemies?
