FBI Secretly Tracking Your Cell?

The feds can track you through your cell phone and they don't need a search warrant or probable cause to do so. The Obama admin says warrantless tracking is acceptable since Americans don't have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" in their cell phones' whereabouts. Rights groups say this violates the 4th Amendment. The constitutionality of the Justice Department's method of getting these records will be argued in federal court for the first time today.

I had hoped against hope that these inconsiderate assholes who bring their cell phones to doctor's offices, business meetings, movies and everywhere else they go, and don't have the manners to turn the damn things off would fry their brains. Now, it's a real possibility I might get my heartfelt hope. I'll hate it for all of two seconds on hearing these cell phone junkies are dying by the millions from brain cancer.

Cell phones are mostly used for emergence, everyone knows that cell calls can be monitored by anyone with the right equipment. If the government want to track me to the washroom, so be it! : )
