I always listen to really sad songs and one day my best guy friend unplugged my headphones from my ipod and put them in his, turned on the song and then we just sat there and he sang along as I listened. Now I love this song. That made my whole life. :')

Humans try to build beauty and wisdom, but really the most wonderful sense or beauty awe and wisdom is in nature.

My favourite line in the whole song that sums up what the song is about even more than the Corus, I like the way the line sums up the meaning and yet only occurs once so it is not over used.

But you can’t stop nothing

Of the thoughts in your mind

That you kept in, you know

You can’t stop the constant train of work and stress unless you step back and think about what matters in life and apply a bit of wisdom etc. There will always be work to do.

Everyone is absorbed in their own little bubble world, working hard for their own ‘happiness’ or even just meaningless things they want, and are often afraid to and rarely venture outside of their little world to be social or work for a cause greater than themselves

The frame that society builds is all about preparing for the future, fulfilling your wants. Apparently it is sensible to act like we live in the future. We don’t we live in the present, so shouldn’t it be sensible to enjoy the part of life we are living? But the frame society built has no concern for the miracle of life that is currently occuring

you don’t step back from the train of work and continue not to live in the moment. Despite working hard to buy a window so you can look at nature from your house instead of being in it, you don’t want to use this window you have earned because of a bright window stopping you so you shut yourself even further from nature.

I wanna break on down

But I can’t stop now

We never stop because we are always waiting for the right moment that never comes.
