What does he use to marinate the chicken first? Jerk marinade? If so what brand?

Did you add the orange juice in the marinade?
Also I find that cooking this over a BBQ on a slow heat for a few hours is much better.

Sorry but I tried to do this... Followed everything and it didn't come out nice. Even my boyfriend wasn't that impressed.... And before people say oh maybe It's because I can't cook... I can but this was my first go at jerk chicken in the oven.
