Calling on Shaykhs or Sufi Naqshbandi Nazim Al-Haqqani

This Is a Dr.in Islam a very good Shaykh Dr.Philips he has been studying And teaching Islam for over 30years
To call upon other than Allah for a need, such as rain, etc, while believing that the one being addressed will answer the call is Shirk by agreement. For example: O Prophet! Send us rain!

This is the most important of all issues that the Muslims must be very clear about, for this is the very foundation of our religion.

The danger of this issue must also be made clear, that if one is ignorant in this issue, and calls upon other than Allah, then he has absolutely nothing to do with Islam.

The problem that Wahabis have with merely calling the name of a dead person comes from their belief that Allah is a kind of creature. This makes it difficult for them to come up with a way of thinking of themselves as monotheists. After all, since what they worship and call Allah (but isn’t actually Allah), is simply another physical thing, all physical things become potential rivals. This leads to paranoid delusions, such as thinking that calling the name of a dead person is shirk.

Umar, may Allah be pleased with Him, whilst delivering a Friday sermon in Madinah called out and said, ‘Ya Sariah! The mountain.’

When the people heard these words during the Friday they were surprised. Sariah came to Madinah. He told about how they had been under attack by the enemy whilst in jihaad in Persia. Suddenly they had heard ‘Umar’s voice and hid behind the mountain and were saved.

i feel sory for the sufi ppl they r propably goin to die associating partners to Allah and thus die as disbelivers.its soo serious and yet they wont heed our advice.the pirs av no power to help themselves let alone u idiots tht call upon em.
