  • I broke my wrist 31/2 months ago, I'm stretching and exercising,

3 times a day, my mobility is at 50%, (I'm 50 years old and very fit).

when exercising and stretching I'm taking my self to the point of pain, not just discomfort, is this better in your opinion?

I used to have a frozen shoulder a while back, and because I had the same mentality of taking

the exercising to real pain, I went back to my 100% mobility in one month, instead of one year like the doctor predicted.

  • I fell on my wrist about a month ago, but it never swelled up and it still hurts now. The pain is located on my lower hand and not on my wrist. I can't do push ups due to the pain, and tried various things to help it heal but, none of them really worked. Can someone help me out? it might be a fracture but I'm not sure.

  • does this also apply to mouse clickers

  • I have had this for about 2 years and after many physio treatments still no better. I have hyper mobile joins which don’t help so I am going to follow this regime and see if it helps. Cold packs, Massage, Stretch, Keep Neutral and don’t sleep on my wrists.

  • @SpikeArchbold76 hey man its not bad now,, but its still not right,, i stretch a number of times each day just to stop it seizing up. Pain still occurs ocasionally when i play.

  • @typhoonwill15 dude, i got the same, mines about 3 months now and i dont know how've iv gone this long not playing, its horrible,

    how is your wrist now??

  • i masturbated too hard/too regularly.

  • 3 years n 4 months of what the doctors told me was a sprained wrist, hoping this works i really am cuz i cant workout properly with my wirst in this condition :(

  • More than half a year of pain and not being able to practice my instrument. Hope this works.

Thanks for putting the greater good of people over your bottom line. You are giving away your techniques for free. I hope there really is such a thing as Karma. : )

  • good advise i fell on ma wrist while playing basketball and this helped rehab hope it goes away by monday
