They only have about 15 seconds to get everything into the news promo segment, normally they are prerecorded...not sure if this one was...if it was it failed to be edited properly

@TheSmdn The newswriters probably wrote so much to have to squeeze into a 10 second tease that it required her to go fast-paced. It though shows why one should proofread and practice before being thrown into the live tease.
