    I am not usually hungry at the end of the day, being a little hungry when you go to bed actually lets me have a more restful night's sleep and wake up easier! When I go to bed feeling full, I sleep terrible and cannot wake up!

    I eat dairy but the week before I do a shoot, I usually cut it out. I love greek yogurt and @TheLaughingCow minibabybels for high protein snacks while trying to lose fat. Eliminating dairy the week before ensures that you are not retaining unnecessary water so that you look leaner.

    Hi Sarah! I'm a new subscriber and I am looking to lose the last 10-15 lbs. I am quite strong (above average) and weigh 145 lbs but my body fat % is 32! I'm so embarrassed and I'm going on vacation In a month and was wondering what a realistic goal for myself would be. I have been eating quite healthy and working out for month or two and haven't noticed any change at all.
