7 month old german shepherd puppy sit ears up

Dizzy's ears are finally staying up. They have been going up and down since she was 4 months old due to teething.

We didn't tape her ears they went up on their own. Her ears are way to big for her head. Her left ear fell at 13 months and hasn't came back up. She is still cutting teeth and I don't understand that either. It's like her head has stopped growing. I guess she will just have one floppy ear.

I have a bicolor male and he just turned 9 months 2 days ago. his right ear sticks up at the bottom but the top part flops. when he dips his head down the ear will go up and sometimes when im walking him it will stick up for short periods of time. do you think it will go up?

did u tape them or will they go up naturally because i just got a blk gsd and he is 5 weeks
