I got this recipe from one of the racks at the nutrition store that I frequent. I added the mushrooms to mine which wasn't in the recipe originally.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
3-4 mushrooms diced
3 Tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley ( If you use dry like I did you should use half as much)
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 minced bell pepper
1 Tablespoon of Oriental Dressing( I used Soy Ginger and you can add this to your taste, but watch the calories)
1 Tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
2 Teaspoons of minced ginger
1/4 Teaspoon of pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
2 garlic cloves minced( I used the pre chopped)

Instructions:
I cooked the veg until a little soft ,so that they would be done when the meat was ready.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into patties. Either place in a nonstick skillet with cooking spray at medium heat until done. Also, you can cook these in the oven on 350 for around 20 minutes or until done.

I made 6 patties out of this recipe and calculated the nutrition info according to that. Keep in mind this is a rough estimate. You can make some smaller patties according to your needs.

Serving : 1 Patty ( the patties I ate were around 2 or 2 1/2 ounces when cooked)
Calories: 153 (ish lol)
Protein: 14 grams ( if you are having 2 oz.)

Enjoy!

  • @allisonpacino what's whestirshire sauce?

  • Asian Turkey Burgers LOL!!! When you say "Asian," you are describing an entire continent of diverse ethnicities.

  • Wow! Thanks for letting me know, I need to pay more attention to what I'm putting into my body. I haven't had any artificial sweeteners, but I would have never thought to look at the ingredience on a sauce like Allison did. I'm glad I watched this video. I put it as a fave.
