Our Life Showcase film

Our Life has moved towards becoming a commission-based, rather than a membership-based organisation, and now provide high-quality deliberative public engagement processes to empower your communities to take action on wellbeing issues locally. We've now produced a film that showcases our community engagement work. The film features our award-winning Talking Food: Taking Action initiative which has used the innovative citizens' jury process to determine what residents of several deprived areas from across the North West see as barriers to accessing a healthier food system and has seen participants working with local partners to take action for themselves. Indeed, the process has been so successful that the work being undertaken in Ellesmere Port has been recognised for its achievements.
