  • Can someone please point to the fact that America's monies are not distributed correctly? Our drop out students later develop the statistics on welfare recipients, unemployment, jail time, and more. If we solve the issues now, we can save our economy problems in the future! Thank you, Kim.

  • We need to also consider the fact that foster youth in America have a very difficult time succeeding, and the rates are the same as being a "minority". African American youth comprise 38% for the foster youth drop out rate. We must look into early intervention, and prevention strategies in order to re-shape our youth. However, there is a budget crisis within the civil rights movement of education for disadvantaged youth.
