Dr. Roger Skinner from the World Health Organization feels China is at the crossroads and has to make a decision on what to do.

@Deuszxable History shows that past performance is no indication of future performance. The Chinese are doing good now, but they will run into trouble as the population is aging and there is less of a need for infrastructural improvements.

Nationalistic hubris is just part of human nature, but nothing is to be taken for granted. I myself have given up nationalistic rhetoric and don't consider myself from any particular nation. World citizenship! That's the future.
