I think Rainn specializes in strange and sometimes awkward interviews. I liked this one though. I live in Texas and he did an interview with a local movie critic and I don't know if he was drunk, or just being very silly, but the whole thing was awkward to watch. Rainn seemed very preoccupied with the fact that he was in Texas and just basically shouted "Yee-HAW!!" over and over and talked in a stereotypical dumb southern accent.
