Dick Marconi had special guests at his Marconi Automotive Museum and he graciously took an F50 outside for a photo shoot and rides IN THE CAR! My friend and I just happened to be visiting the museum at the time and we got to ride the car too!

Everyone who's a car nut and is traveling Southern California MUST visit this place. The Marconi Museum is full history and extremely rare cars such as Cizeta Moroder, Ferrari F40, F50, and its crowning jewel, Ferrari FX, which was originally built for the Sultan of Brunei. The museum also has race cars from the past, all with rich history of their own, especially with Keke Rosberg's car...

And it's for a good cause too. Marconi Museum also pays for the Marconi Foundation, which is a non-profit organization for kids.

Marconi Museum is located in the city of Tustin, off of 55, very close to the 5 Freeway.

  • Hey there! I plan on visiting California in April. I read on the website that you have to call in advance to get in. Do you know if there's a minimum amount of people required to get in? Thank you for the video, it's making me even more exited to get in now!

  • @DtRockstar1 No. It's open to any number of visitors. It's a small (but worthy) collection hidden in an industrial complex so they don't get many visitors, so you'll want to call ahead for sure so someone can let you in. You might want to ask if some cars are missing. They are extremely valuable cars, so many often go out for servicing, like the Ferrari FX. It's one of seven ever made and it's the only one with Williams F1 transmission, and it was shipped to UK for repairs when I went last time.

  • @DtRockstar1 I hope you enjoy your visit! If you're lucky, you might meet Dick Marconi. If you're coming from far away, you can ask if you can get a guided tour. Maybe, just maybe he might show up and give you a ride. If you're lucky.

Last time he did that, it was for a nice Canadian boy who traveled all the way from Saskatchewan (I think it was?) just to see the F50s. Yes. I said F50s. There should be two.

  • is the f50 manual or automatic?

  • @fattyman149 Manual.

  • excellent video. thanks for the upload. i love cars and car museums but i had never heard of the marconi museum, i will definitely have to go now for sure

  • @AnAngryPossom Just call ahead if you're in the area. If you're lucky, you'll see the man himself. If you're unlucky, the cars will be out for repairs.
